All payments are done through a trusted middleman. I do not wish to disclose any private information, wether it's legal name, phone number, etcetera.
Payments from abroad are done via hipolink. No other payment methods are available at this moment.
Final high-resolution files are posted to hipolink, where access is provided automatically after payment. This is the digital equivalent of exchanging at the same time. I will not provide high-resolution files before payment.
Due to hipolink's way of operations I will be unable to refund you once the transaction has been completed.
I have a right to refuse service to any client, without providing the reasoning behind the decision.
By default I have a right to show the work process however I like, unless asked not to in advance. If you would like your commission to be kept secret, please say this in advance! I will not be removing any posts or VODs of your commission process if you forgot to mention the requirement of secrecy and only mentioned it AFTER your commission was already publicly shared. However I will refrain from showing the commissioned work any further if such situation arises.
To ensure you read the T.O.S. please include your favourite colour in your message! This point will be altered and shuffled between other points every time there is an update to my T.O.S. so make sure to read the T.O.S. thoroughly every time before you order!
I will never do work that is hateful. This includes hate speech, caricature depictions and anything that promotes discriminatory views. A client that wants hate is a client no more.
